Northwest Ohio Women's Health Summit
One Day of Real Conversations That Go Beyond the Checkup.
The Women's Health Summit of Northwest Ohio, presented by Rixa Health, is an annual event redefining how women approach their health, longevity, and well-being.
Rooted in functional medicine and a lifestyle-first philosophy, the conference covers the full spectrum of women's health: hormones, metabolism, gut health, sexual health, mental wellness, aging, and disease prevention. Every topic is grounded in real physiology, current evidence, and practical application. No fads, no fluff, just what actually works.
Whether you're here for your own health or you're a provider looking to sharpen your clinical practice, you'll learn from women who are deeply educated and actively practicing in their fields. You'll walk away with insights you can put to work immediately.
The mission is simple: give women the clarity, confidence, and tools to take control of their health.

Featured Speakers

Kristi Lorenc
FNP
Kristi is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified in Functional Medicine through the School of Applied Functional Medicine.
Having lived with chronic illness herself, Kristi understands firsthand what it means to feel stuck in a cycle of symptom management with no real path forward. That personal journey led her to functional medicine — and to the discovery that feeling truly well isn't just possible, it's achievable.
She brought that conviction into her family practice setting, where she has since built a track record of patient victories over chronic illness, pain, and suffering. Her lived experience gives her genuine compassion for patients who feel hopeless about their physical or mental health — and a deep commitment to offering them real hope, healing, and vitality.
Kristi sees patients of all ages — newborn through adult — across Ohio and Michigan.
